It is my great privilege to profess about the long year journey towards the upliftment of the underserved, despaired, victimized, underprivileged and frustrate children, family & communities in the tribal as well as urban areas of four District called Kandhamal, Bolangiri, Khurda and Kalahandi since last decades. In fact the organization’s ups and down has made seasoned to be a part of the proliferation of the POORS organization stand firm. Our perseverance approaches and constant intervention with these communities could have met their basic requirements in the area of education, health, Sanitation and Income generation.

My special thanks to our Govt of Odisha, Govt of India, Donors, Sponsors, Funders for their immense contribution towards the sustainable development of the rural and urban poor. Along with this I also give heartfelt thanks to our governing body, organization Chairman for their guidance, moral support as well as standby as a backbone to fulfill the organization’s mission and vision.
